WOW!  That would be a WAY smarter way to go for U of A students versus dorm prices.... Parents should look into buying a home for their student, leasing the other rooms and doing some MAJOR cash-flowing!

I like this level in looks than the lesser price range in the under $50K range.  A little more personality!  You are showing the affordable level that there is a home for all price ranges!

Those are shocking prices for houses. The market will take a lot to recover at this rate...

If I searched for "six under sixty" around here, they would be mobiles and rentals. A 1600 sq ft home for under $60 is pretty sweet.

HI RICH!  It used to be that way here in Tucson!  This is just a small sample from one side of town -- it's just incredible what's available all over Tucson!  I agree that it's sweet - it's just such a great time for people who never thought they could own a home - to own one!

HI PAUL! It will - I hear the prices will continue to drop - I'll be watching!  Are you back?

HI CONNIE!  Me too!  This is a better sample and the ones in the $70s are even, as Rich might say, "sweeter"!  Thank you for always being consistently "here" on my blog!

HI SHARON!  I couldn't agree more!  For those that don't have college kids yet, it's a perfect investment to have ready for when that time comes!

I like this series Gabrielle.  Are we going to get 7 under 70K tomorrow?  Cant wait to see what you come up with for 100 under $1,000,000!  :-)

Gabrielle...Nice way to advertise those under $100K homes...there's a big market right now for those!
Hope you have a great day!

Gabrielle - Now these are homes my 23 year old could afford (he's saved almost $40,000 for a house already - not a spender like his mother!) I just don't think I could have him move that far away... This is a great deal for a first time home buyer - good luck!
