Looking better and better.  It it amazing how much of a quality improvement is noted over a small price range.

They seem like incredible deals, but I'm not familiar with your area's real estate. Would these pencil out as good rental property investments?

Looks like you have some really terrific deals on the market.  I'm amazed at the prices.

Hi Gab, these seem like quite a bargain. Seems like a lot of space for the money, and great weather too!

Gabs, are these all your listings or are these the best in class in your area?

HI PAUL!  Not my listings - just best in the class for a section of town!

HI DAN! I think they are a bargain - very affordable or great for an investor!

HI LOU!  Thanks - and yes - there are many more available!

HI GREG!  Yes - this is just one section of town.  I own several rentals around a couple of these homes.  There are many more properties between $50 and $60 that really spark investor interest as well!

HI CONNIE!  Yes - just a little price change can make a difference these days! I'll be interested in your input when I present properties in another section of town!

HI LARRY!  Thank you!

HI KIM!  I agree - I've bought one myself and still offering on others!

I create the same list of the best 40 homes under $70,000. Then, I send them to my investors each week to see if they want to rent them out. All about cash flow.
