Tucson's Rental Areas Hottest Internet Hits

So, when someone researches rentals in the Tucson market - what are the hottest areas?  At first guess - I think UA/Central area and second, the east-side of town.  Then I did some research - I was close but not on target!

It surprises me, but it doesn't (if that makes sense) that the Downtown area is one of the hottest areas - I think lately the reason is because lots of affordable housing has cropped up in Tucson's effort to "revitalize" the downtown area.  But you won't find many families - mostly business|student|solo type of individuals who love this type of atmosphere.

Central comes in second because, well it's central - easy access to almost any part of town - and most amenities - shops, bicycle paths, things within easy getting to distance, bus routes, hospitals, schools - you name it - you can find it within a few miles radius.

And then my favorite part of town - east (northeast) - where you are close enough - but far away enough too!  More space in between your neighbors, outdoor activities all over, a mix between families, houses, townhomes, condos, lots of senior citizen areas and what I love most - seems the east side of town has the most generous giving type people who want to volunteer their time to help the community and other!
